1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time

We currently deliver across most locations in India.

Standard delivery time is 5–9 business days, depending on your pincode and product availability.

In rare cases (festive season, courier delays, weather), delivery may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value as part of promotions.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

You can track your shipment on the courier’s website/app using this tracking ID.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, pin code and phone number are correct while placing the order.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or repeated missed attempts by the courier, re‑shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or any item is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Our support team will review and help with a replacement or other resolution as per our refund/return policy.
7. Serviceable Areas

We deliver to most major cities and towns in India.

If your pincode is not serviceable, you may see an error at checkout. In such cases, you can contact us and we’ll try to help with an alternative.
